We work closely with many architects and interior designers on a variety of local projects from restaurants and cafes to office blocks and banks. Our most prolific area however is new build apartments and houses. These include Royal Gardens, Marina View, Georgian Properties on Bulwer Avenue, the new Flagship building and many more lesser known developments. Many of our commercial clients renovate one house at a time, some do an estate of five; whatever the size of the project we see our job as making them saleable and we work very closely with the developer to achieve this.

We have supplied, and sometimes fitted, the flooring, the bars and the washrooms in many local restaurants including Da Nello’s Restaurant, China Palace too, China Red, The Auberge, The Farmhouse, Dix Neuf, The Lemon Wedge, Le Petit Bistro, Isabelle’s, the Deerhound and the Farmhouse (formerly the Hougues Fougues) and were involved in the Fermain Valley project.

We have been involved in one way or another in many of the new office blocks, including Mees Pierson, Admiral Park, Trafalgar Court and Le Lefebvre Court. We usually supply the washrooms and WCs or supply stone for the entrances : the two most visible are the entrances of St Julian’s Court in St Julian’s Avenue and EFG on the corner of the Avenue and Ann’s Place. Both of these can be seen from the road through glass screens.

Our hotel bathrooms are in hotels like St Pierre Park, the OGH, Rocquettes, Le Chalet, Cobo Bay, Duke of Richmond, Hotel De Beauvoir, Hotel De Havelet, Hougue du Pommier, Hotel Jerbourg, La Sablonnerie, Le Trelade, La Villette and Moores Hotel to name a few.

Our swimming pools ceramics are in: St Pierre Park hotel, Hotel de Havelet, Forest School and the Grammar School.
Our granite bars and counter tops are in: The Absolute End, China Palace, China Red, Le Nautique, OGH, Renoir’s, Laska, Da Nello, The Marina, OGH, La Trelade, The Duke of Normandy, Dix Neuf, The Deerhound, Power Cuts, and six of the take away establishments.
