We consider that all three elements of creative room design, product quality and expert fitting have equal importance when considering a long term investment. The bathroom should look as good when you sell your house, as the day it was installed. We have a the best designers available and we have researched a range of products that are second to none. To compliment this we have a designated projects manager with over 25 years’ experience within the bathroom & kitchen industry. He works alongside our design and fitting teams to ensure that each project runs smoothly from concept to completion. Along with his team, he will look after your project completely from start to finish to ensure 100 percent customer satisfaction and a low maintenance future for your bathroom.
All of our bathrooms are waterproofed as standard and we offer a 5 year warranty of the integrity of this tanking system. All fitters are specialists who are professionally trained and have years of experience. They take pride in delivering a bespoke service which is second to none in quality and design.
All projects are delivered with a five year guarantee underlining the confidence we have in our low maintenance products and our installation teams.
For ease of maintenance and fitting, all of the plumbing parts have isolation valves, so each item can be maintained separately, while the other stay in use. Everything is serviceable from the surface; once fitted, there is no need to access behind the tiles. Our WCs are a new generation of rimless WCs that are designed to flush with only 4.5 litres of water. This not only makes them more hygienic, it makes them very easy to clean and some of the best flushing toilets on the market, with industry awards to boot.
All of our shower glass has an easy-clean surface. Our shower hoses have an anti-bacteria lining. Our pottery is brighter and whiter, the chrome on our taps is so clear that it is like a mirror.
All of our bathroom products come with a minimum 5 year guarantee as standard, including (unique to our industry) our Hansgrohe taps. Our pottery and our glass, is guaranteed for 10 years (including the easy clean finish)
